of Foreign Affairs.

and integration. RedSea Group will contribute its project management and infrastructure experience, while KSS will oversee security and data compliance
requirements to ensure robust and secure systems.
The initiative will revolutionize the way consular services are managed by introducing cutting-edge digital tools, automated workflows, and integrated
platforms that optimize communication, documentation, and service delivery. Once fully implemented, the system is expected to significantly reduce processing times,
improve accessibility, and ensure data security across all 52 participating countries.
