eNID

In 2015, our organization entered into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with Entrust DataCard for the maintenance of MX6000 machines utilized in the personalization of National Identification Documents for Afghanistan. We pioneered technical support for a smart ID project in Afghanistan, marking a significant milestone in the nations history. Two of our employees received specialized training in France, ensuring the successful handover of the project. The project included support for Biometrics, CMS, RM, CA, DPP, Machine Modules maintenance, SCS and preventive and corrective maintenance of the operations of eNID.


Azizi Bank

On 31 May 2017, a truck bomb exploded at a crowded intersection in Kabul, Afghanistan, near the German embassy, where, Azizi Bank Head Office/Main Branch was one of the nearest building, having suffered serious damage. The data centre was buried under debris and connectivity was lost to all system, where the ATMs were of great importance. We were informed at 2200 HRS. Our team together with the IT team of Azizi bank successfully reconnected all ATMs till 02:00 am. Later, the project of reconstruction and implementation of the data centre, supply of equipment and network of the main branch was awarded to us, which was successfully handed over. Even through the tragedy of the incident, our team showed great performance.


APS

APS is the only national switch of Afghanistan, connecting many banks and financial institutions. Ei has the honor to be a part of launching the very first domestic payment card of the country. Later, Ei was awarded The Best Contractor of the Year 2015 award by APS then Managing Director and board.For the personalization of the domestic card, named AFPay, we configured and maintained Entrust Data Card P-280 machine, being the only company at the time, officially trained in the hardware and software modules of Data Card. Since the official launch of APS, we have been one of the leading technology partners of APS, having accomplished a number of projects successfully.


Smart System

The government of Afghanistan outsourced part of the G2C services for the very first time in the history of the country. The services included National ID Application, Name Correction, Age Correction, Marriage Certificates, Birth Certificates, Power of Attorney, Notarization of translations and few other G2C services. The project was called Smart System and Ei has the honor to have successfully launched the project. The project included Structured Network Cabling, Security Surveillance, Data Centre, Design and Development of Customized Software and supply of IT equipment and all the related construction work. The project was signed off on time and was launched together with the CEO of Smart System in Intercontinental Hotel in a formal ceremony.


CSTC-A, ANP

Alaigarh Smart City was Partial contract of CMM Services (India), Government of Uttar Pradesh and Ei had a sub-contract agreement for the supply and installation of CCTV, ANPR, Radars, Video Wall, Fire Alarm System, Anti Rodent Systems, Electrical System and the structured network cabling and civil work for the Data Center in Aligarh City. The project was a success and was one of the first projects of Ei in India.The project was part of Smart City Initiative of the Government of India and had a defined deadline, however, unfortunately, COVID-19 brought limitations of work. Even then, the work was managed properly in coordination with authorities and the project was completed successfully.
